Hi! I'm Alex, and I'm the creator of Supora.

I've been building software for 21 years, mostly web and mobile apps and the backends behind them. I started Supora because I wanted it for myself. I'd tried a few support tools as a founder and none of them felt right. They were heavy and impersonal, and none of them worked the way I wanted. So I built my own.

It's still small, and right now it's just me. I think that's good for you. When you send feedback, it goes straight to the person writing the code, so most of the time I can just fix it.
