Terms of Use - Supora
Last updated: June 4, 2025
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Supora customer support platform at supora.io (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Supora is a customer support platform that lets you receive, organize, and respond to customer emails. You connect a support email address; inbound emails become threaded conversations in an operator interface where you can categorize and reply to them.
2. Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You sign in via magic link - there are no passwords.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account email. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Workspaces
When you create a workspace, you choose a slug (e.g., acme). This slug becomes your workspace email address (acme@inbox.supora.io). Slugs are permanent - once created, a slug cannot be
renamed or reassigned, because your customers may already have the address.
Each workspace supports one operator seat in v1.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing messages.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Transmit malware or malicious content.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Circumvent rate limits, trial restrictions, or other usage controls.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
5. Free trial
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial (or 100 inbound messages, whichever comes first). No credit card is required to start a trial.
When the trial expires, your workspace enters a locked state: you can read existing conversations, but you cannot receive new inbound messages or send replies until you subscribe.
6. Subscription and billing
Pricing
The Service starts at $19 per month per workspace for up to three seats. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem is the legal seller of record, handles payment processing, and collects and remits applicable taxes. By subscribing, you also agree to Creem's terms of service.
Payment failure
If a renewal payment fails, your workspace remains active for 7 days while the payment is retried. After 7 days of failed payment, your workspace may be locked.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your workspace remains active until the end of the current billing period, then enters a locked (read-only) state. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
7. Inbound email handling
Active workspaces
Inbound email to your workspace address is received, parsed, threaded into conversations, and stored. Replies you compose are sent on your behalf from your workspace address.
Locked workspaces
When your workspace is locked (trial expired, subscription cancelled, or payment failed), inbound email is not stored. The sender receives an automated notification that the inbox is not currently active. This notification is sent at most once per sender per 7 days.
Rate limiting
Active workspaces are subject to a rate limit on inbound messages to prevent abuse. Messages exceeding the rate limit are dropped without notification.
8. Your data
You own the content in your workspace - your conversations, messages, and attachments. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store, use, and protect your data.
9. Your customers' data
You are the data controller for the personal data of your customers that passes through the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process their data and for informing them that their support emails are handled through a third-party platform (Supora).
10. Availability and warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption but do not offer an SLA in v1.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supora's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supora from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@supora.io.
Upon termination, your workspace enters a locked state. You may request full deletion of your data (see our Privacy Policy).
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Colombia.
